Meet Yusuf Oner, Founder/Director – YOCO

I founded YoCo in 2020 after spotting a gap in the market to use my experience and expertise in the coworking and serviced office industry to provide coworking services to landlords, developers, agents and existing coworking providers.Â

I have successfully overseen the launch and end to end management of 20 serviced offices and coworking sites across QLD, NSW and NT over the past 12 years working for some of the biggest players in the industry in various markets.

Our focus in the successful management and business performance across our existing 4 locations whilst growing the YoCo network of coworking centres across Australia.

Meet Clare Simmons, Head of People – WOTSO

Clare Simmons is the Head of People and Culture at WOTSO, a leading provider of flexible workspace solutions. She has been an integral part of the team since its inception. With a degree in HR Management, Clare brings a wealth of experience across various industries, including sales, customer service, and hospitality. Passionate about fostering a supportive work environment, she plays a key role in shaping WOTSO’s culture to meet the evolving needs of the modern workforce.

Meet Lisa Burquest, Chief People Officer – Virgin Airlines

Lisa has over 27 years’ senior experience as a people and culture specialist working for significant ASX and private companies including BHP, Origin Energy, Jetstar/Qantas Airlines, The a2 Milk Company and currently, Virgin Australia. Lisa is Virgin Australia’s Chief People Officer, and has helped navigate the airline’s 7,500 strong workforce through the significant impacts of COVID-19 as well as Virgin Australia’s transformation after relaunching under new ownership in November 2020.

Lisa is equipped with strong practical expertise in developing and executing successful people and culture strategies in fast paced environments undergoing significant transformation and growth.

With experience across a variety of geographies, particularly Asia, Lisa thrives in a dynamic,complex and fast paced working world.
