MEET THE SPEAKERS
Carsten is the Co-Founder and Managing Director at XFrame, a cutting-edge Circular Construction Technology.
Having previously been involved in a diverse range of complex and industry leading projects, such as the Tonsley Innovation Precinct, Carsten has always sought to drive innovation from a development management and project delivery perspective.
Carsten is a prominent driver of business model change, possess a deep understanding of how development feasibilities are structured, and projects then delivered. He is constantly pushing boundaries to assist commercialise innovation and circular economy approaches.
Damien Sheehan is Country Head of IWG Australia, whom he joined in 2017. IWG is the global leader in providing flexible workspace & co-working solutions across 5 global brands in 120 countries.
Prior to joining IWG, Damien spent 20+ years in the transport & logistics industry in Asia, The Americas and Eastern Europe, Middle East and Africa with the majority of that time spent with DHL in the Express & eCommerce divisions. Prior to joining IWG, Damien was the Managing Director of DHL eCommerce for AU & NZ.
Damien’s move to IWG was a chance for him to transfer from the digital marketplace in e-commerce to the physical flex-working marketplace & capitalise upon the workspace revolution. His focus is on building out the IWG network across AU via both company owned & strategic partner expansion. He is a big believer in the sharing economy & the growth that lies ahead is significant in assisting SME’s through to corporate enterprises with their workplace strategy and a ‘great day at work’.
Jessie is the Chief Executive Officer and Chief Operating Officer of WOTSO Property.
Prior to her appointment as CEO Jessie was Joint Managing Director of both WOTSO Property and BlackWall Limited (ASX: BWF), the listed property and fund manager and previous manager of WOTSO Property.
Jessie has been with the Group since early 2011 and has over 15 years’ experience in the property industry, specifically in development and operations. Jessie was a key part in the creation of the WOTSO operating business back in 2014 and holds a Bachelor of International Communication from Macquarie University and a class one NSW real estate licence.
Jessie joined the Board of The Kids Cancer Project in 2022 providing insights and operational knowledge to help support the charity.
Ian has over 35 years of experience, in commercial workplace interiors all within the field of
office furniture.
He has held senior leadership roles in Sales, Brand communication, Product Marketing and
Sales Enablement.
Ian has Lived in London, Hong Kong and Melbourne and has extensive experience across the Asia Pacific region having worked with internal and external clients in India, Japan, Singapore, Philippines, Taiwan & Republic or Korea, Hong Kong, China, Thailand, Vietnam and Malaysia
Ian lives with his family in Melbourne Australia.
Eve is a seasoned design and construction professional with 18 years of experience across state and national projects in various sectors. For 14 years, she successfully led her own interior design practice, specializing in high-end residential and commercial project delivery. Recently, she returned to the commercial market as Business Development Manager at Intermain.
A passionate advocate for the industry, Eve is a member of the Property Council of Australia’s “500 Women in Property” cohort and a natural connector. She co-founded two dynamic initiatives: “Women Who Sip & Swing,” a rapidly growing golf networking community, and “Lead & Connect,” an inclusive thought leadership platform fostering connections and driving collaboration among industry leaders and innovators.
