NOTICE OF FLEXIBLE WORKSPACE AUSTRALIA ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

On behalf of Flexible Workspace Australia Limited (Company), we are pleased to provide you with notice of the Company’s upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM).

Date: 25 November

Time: 11am AEDT

L ocation: Online, via Zoom

At this year’s AGM, you can expect to hear from the Board of Directors in relation to the progress of the Company over the past 12 months and to gain an insight into the Company’s strategy and plans for the next 12 months. Importantly, at this year’s AGM, the Company will be required to resolve the appointment of the following individuals to the Board of Directors of the Company:

  • Kate Dezarnaulds
  • Jessie Glew
  • Ophelie Cutier
  • Damien Sheehan
  • Barry Hickman

Whilst all members are encouraged and welcome to attend, only Operator and Affiliate members have the right to vote on the resolutions presented at the AGM. If you have more than one representative from your organisation attending, only one person will have the right to vote on behalf of your organisation. For members unable to attend who still wish to vote on the proposed resolutions, proxy votes will be available.

ACTION: Please email to hello@directories.webocation.org to either a member representative from your organisation that will cast votes for the re-appointment of directors or to submit a proxy vote. Please also check your email inbox for an email from the FWA, which contains the Agenda and relevant materials for the AGM.

Notes:

  • Voting will be open for the 48 hour period after close of the AGM
  • If you do not attend the AGM you will still be able to vote but you will miss the opportunity to ask questions of directors
  • More than one person from your organisation are welcome to attend the AGM but only one person will have a right to vote on behalf of your organisation
  • Only Operator and Affiliate members have a right to vote, Supporter members do not have voting rights, however they are welcome to attend the AGM
