Meet Jamie Vine, Founder & Chief Liberator, Liberty Flexible Workspaces

Jamie started his career in capital equipment before entering the world of commercial real estate in 1997.

He was a member of Regus’s corporate international accounts team in the UK before joining MWB Group’s serviced office division in 1999. He worked his way through the ranks at MWB to become Business Development Director in 2004, a role he continued in until 2010. His primary responsibility was achieving business growth of over 20% per annum from a combination of conventional leases, joint ventures, and management agreements. In addition, he managed the government and corporate accounts teams together with personally securing large occupier deals with the likes of Royal Bank of Scotland, PwC, Atos Origin & the NHS.

He emigrated from London to Perth in 2010, raised seed capital of over $2.5m and launched Liberty Flexible Workspaces in July 2011 disrupting the then duopoly of Regus and Servcorp.

Since then, the business has grown to 7 locations with 4 facilities in the CBD, 1 in Burswood, 1 in Joondalup and 1 in West Perth.
